DJ Digga

DJ Digga started throwing down records in 1998 when he experienced his first "rave". He was completely enthralled with the music, people and vibe that is associated with live DJ'ing and all-night events. Digga started out spinning the minimal side of trance; however as he progressed his style he found it was easier to find the beats he was looking for in the harder side of trance and house. Digga stated, "I was looking for a beat that would keep the crowd moving. People are always looking for that next fat bass line to drop and harder trance and house was where it's at!" Along with trance and house Digga has been known to incorporate Florida breaks and hip-hop cuts to come up with a style all his own.

Club Fusion was Digga's old stomping ground for quite sometime before it was shut down due to zoning issues in the fall of 2001, but before it closed Digga considered it his second home. From 1999 to 2001 he was throwing down records with member of 421 Click, Good Vibe Productions, Mental Productions and Bass-ment Production DJs. Gonz-o, Steelz, Nate Hill, DJ Jonez and countless other names in local talent pack the doors of Fusion on a nightly basis spinning Jungle, Ghetto Tech, Trance and Hard House. Digga's lengthy residency with Fusion made his name a hot commodity during the summer and fall of 2001, performing at weekly internet shows on "The Spot" to massive one-off events such as the annual Rampart Music Festival of 2001.

In late 2001 tragedy fell upon Digga, he lost his best friend Joshua in a car accident. At that point Digga decided that is was time to step back and reflect. During that time he worked hard to perfect his style while keeping in close contact with industry associates that have moved or quit the business. In addition, Digga has released numerous albums in honor of Joshua's memory. To this day all of his CDs still bare Joshua's initials due to their joint appreciation of good music.

Digga has most recently been seen holding down the decks at some of the largest events in Denver, CO. When Digga was asked about his music and style Digga stated; "Listen to my CD and you'll bob your head, catch me live and you'll move your feet. I've found my niche with hard house, it's a passion."
